Google searches for 'Pneumonia' sky-rocketed after Kim Kardashian recently revealed on social media (like always) that her youngest son had been hospitalised for having Pneumonia. However, she also tweeted saying that he was "all better" now after a "scary" three days in hospital. And today, we've managed to spot the reality-star back at work...and of course, in an outfit that perfectly highlights her curvaceous body.

Kim completed her sporty look with a matching hoodie, thus going monotone in the dull hue for her outing.
