02/5Pick the right kind of shoes

A closed pair of shoes during summers is a recipe for disaster. Open wedges or strappy kitten heels make a much more sensible choice. They allow your feet to breath and give you that boost in height, in case you’re looking for one.

05/5Dryer sheets

Here’s another epic use of dryer sheets. Pack smelly shoes with bunched-up newspaper, then leave them in a dry spot to sit for several days. The newspaper will gradually absorb the odor and moisture from inside the shoes, leaving them fresh and new. You can also try sprinkling the newspaper with your favorite sweet-smelling perfume or aromatic. A few drops of vanilla extract can work especially well.
