New Year’s resolutions show the amount of lying we inflict upon ourselves. Do not make resolutions, act to it. Put your action where your mouth is. In order to save you the trouble of letting yourself down yet again, here are top 10 New Year’s resolutions that nobody will keep.

Going to gym from 1st January
This is one of the biggest lies you tend to say to yourself. It is not possible always to make time from the beginning of the year to hit the gym and shed those extra kilos. During the festive season we tend to eat fatty food, in short, we eat unhealthy food at the wrong time, but instead of making these false resolutions let’s make a proper one and maintain a good diet.

Not trusting people and not letting them taking you for granted
It often happens that we trust people easily and later we regret that decision. During some situations, people take you for granted. It so happens that people do not understand our emotions at times and tend to dominate us and take us for granted. Indeed it is very difficult to trust anyone easily.

Giving up smoking and alcohol
One lie you tell yourself each year. This is one resolution which is never been followed properly. Yes, both are not good habits and injurious to health also. For once at least you should try and follow this resolution for once.

Avoiding heartbreaks
Heartbreaks are very painful. Be is for anyone the emotion is the same. It takes a toll on your life. So it’s better to avoid heartbreaks. Everyone has their own personality and behave differently in each situation, it's on you how to deal with heartbreaks, it is better to channel it in a positive way.

Change the junk-food eating habits
This is also one habit which has never made it to the to-do list, this habit never goes and the tempt to eat junk food has never been able to control. As the food looks so delicious and fascinating one cannot stop thinking about it. Yes, it is true too much of junk food is not good for our health. So this year let us try and control over junk-food eating habit.

To maintain a positive attitude
Yes is not easy to maintain a positive attitude always, as there are various situations where we are not able to maintain a set attitude, so at least try and make peace with inner mind and take control on situations which one can.

To drink more water
Drinking water is very essential for your body. Our body contains more than 70% of water; it purifies our body and cleanses it, it’s very important to drink water regularly every day. At least 2 large bottles of water are must every day.

Not buying anything unless there is an absolute need for it
While shopping it tends to happen you buy some things which are not necessary for that moment. It is better at times to make a list of things while going to shop, be it grocery or anything else it will be more convenient to write down the things which are to be purchased.

No to get stressed all year
Overstress is very dangerous for your health. Hence this coming year let us not at least lie about this one. It is not necessary to make a resolution, instead just work on the goals and fulfill it with at most honesty.

Not put off until tomorrow which can be done today
Due to daily work life and other activities, you tend to delay on finishing your work and keep it for the next day. This is one resolution which is never been able to control. So at least let us try and do at least some things on the same day which can be done on the same day.
