‘When life gives you lemon, make lemonade’, we all must have heard this so many times in our life. The 21-day lockdown is probably the best situation where you can actually utilise this lesson. You can literally make lemonade or try exploring other activities from our list to get yourself through the tough times. Each of these activities can be divided into 21 days to build new skills or hobbies. Most importantly it will keep you busy.

You can start by re-doing your casa. From moving the furniture to redoing the shelves of your kitchen, you can change the decor setting of your house to your liking. Take inspiration from Pinterest. You can also re-do your closet and vanity. Get rid of all expired products that might be lying in your house.

It is the right time to be a social butterfly on the internet. It will keep you distracted and close to your love ones. Connect with your family by sharing a household activity or play board games to relive your childhood.

When did you last read a book? It might have been problematic back then, but now is the perfect time to pick up a good read from your bookshelf.

Indulging in self-love is a great way to stay positive. You can start with a self-care routine that includes home remedies for your skin problems. You can also pick up exercising or maybe some simple yoga positions to keep yourself fit.

Try decluttering your digital world by deleting clearing the galleries of your phone and laptop. If you’re someone who wants to super productive during these days, give online courses a try.

Keep a journal for 21 days is also a nice way to let go of your thoughts. Sketching or doodling is another way to distress your mind or you can also make art and craft with simple things at home.

You might want to try your hands on cooking. Cliché, but still works, starting a YT channel is also a good option or maybe an online page, or club.

It is the ideal time to quit habits like smoking or drinking for good health. Meanwhile you can plan for your next vacation once the outbreak is over. Don’t forget to make a wish list of things to do you want to do once the lockdown is over.
