Widen your horizons and make the most of the holiday and get to know a little more about your country this year.
Drop by an orphanage: How often do we make the time to do something for the less fortunate? Take the time today and go visit an orphanage. Take a bag of goodies along and trust us, nothing in the day will feel better than seeing the smiles that come across those kids' faces! You could even tell them a story or two about the independence of the county.
Clean-up around you: While this might sound too cliche, it's always worth it. Now, we aren't saying that it isn't good to help clean your surroundings every day, it most definitely is!
