Anaerobic is where you need to get into high and intensive physical strength demanding exercises
There are many forms of exercises and similarly, aerobic and anaerobic are two different types of exercises which a lot of people get confused about. Aerobic and anaerobic have different purposes altogether, but both work in making you fit. Although, it is very important to follow the right protocol which you're at it and then it'll become easier to achieve your fitness goal. Aerobic exercise consists of cardio where your breathing as well as heart rate increases for a period of tie. Anaerobic is where you need to get into high and intensive physical strength demanding exercises. This one burns a lot of energy and is usually performed for a shorted duration.

Here are some pros and cons of aerobic exercises:
Pros:
- It helps in lowering and controlling blood pressure.
- Strengthens your heart and boosts your mood.
- Helps in losing weight.
- Improves your immune system.
- Reduces fatigue and increases stamina.
Cons:
- These exercises don't specifically have any cons. They're beneficial for everyone. Although, if you're undergoing a chronic disease, you must consult your doctor first and only then start with aerobic exercises.

Here are some pros and cons of anaerobic exercises:
Pros:
- Strengthens bones.
- Burns fats.
- Increases stamina for day to day activities.
- Builds and maintains muscles.
Cons:
If you're someone who's just begun with your fitness journey, these exercises are a big no as it can get too hard on your body. You must consult your doctor before beginning with anaerobic exercises and get some training first from a certified trainer.

Some examples of aerobic exercises:
Climbing stairs, jogging, zumba, skiing, running, cycling, rowing.

Some examples of anaerobic exercises:
Sprinting, weight lifting, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Calisthenics - polymetrics, box jumps, jump squats.

Typically, you can perform aerobic exercises for about 30 minutes each day for 5 days a week. Although, go easy on anaerobic exercises and perform them for just 3 days a week.
