With the kind of routine and stressful environment that we all have to deal with, taking care of our hair and skin becomes of utmost importance. And no matter how many new products keep coming in the market, it's always safer to resort to natural ways. Among the very many options that are sitting right in your kitchen, one magical ingredient is curry leaves. These leaves can not just help your hair in growing but also adds thickness and shine to them.

Here's how you can use curry leaves in ways more than one:

You can include these leaves in your diet: First things first, curry leaves can be consumed on a daily basis where you can grind it into a paste and add it to your food during the preparation. You can use these leaves for tadka too when you're cooking snacks or dal.

You van make a hair mask out of curry leaves: This specific hair mask can do wonders on your hair. You just need a few curry leaves and about 3-4 yogurt. Blend the two in a mixer and make it into a fine paste that you can easily apply on your hair. Leave it on for around 30 minutes before you wash it off with lukewarm water.

You can make a tonic out of curry leaves: This is one of the best ways to use curry leaves where you simply need 3-4 tablespoons of coconut oil and a few curry leaves. Pour the coconut oil in a pan and add a few curry leaves to it. Leave it on for a few minutes and then turn off the flame. Let the tonic rest for a bit so that it cools down and then pour it in a bottle. You can use this oil to massage your scalp and on the length of your hair. Let it sit for an hour or so and then wash it off with mild shampoo and cool water.

You can even make a curry leave paste: Even a paste made out of curry leaves can be used on your hair. A few drops of coconut oil or olive oil along with few curry leaves will do the trick. You only have to make a thick paste and massage it on your scalp. You can leave it on for sometime and then wash it with water. For best results, you can repeat this twice a week.
