The festival of colours is here and while a lot of us are going to celebrate it only with gulaal and pichkaris, there's a huge crowd who's going to try their hands on bhang and let lose in the celebration. The Holi bhang is pretty much the only thing that keeps people pumped up, it's the main thing to focus on in the Holi menu. Let us tell you that it doesn't only act like a drug, but in fact has many health benefits too.

Made of crushed almonds, sugar, pistachios, milk and cannabis plan, this Holi beverage helps in relieving stress, pain, digestion and also cures the skin.

But there are a few things to keep in mind before you pour yourself a glass full of bhang. It isn't the kind of drink you mix with alcohol. No, don't do that, ever! Like alcohol, bhang shouldn't be consumed on an empty stomach. If you suffer from any kind of heart problems, nerve diseases or high blood pressure, avoid bhang completely. Keep your children away from bhang. And last but not the least, consumption of bhang in excess is only going to be troublesome for you. So, if you want to have fun this Holi, loosen up and drink bhang, but with all the care that it needs. Have a happy and safe Holi!
