Moisturise your skin: One of the most important things you can do for your skin is to moisturise it. As you grow older, your skin tends to get drier and this can lead to the formation of wrinkles. So, moisturising it ensures that it stays hydrated and soft. Opt for a moisturiser that best suits your skin type.

Opt for vitamin-rich food: Did you know that consuming the wrong type of foods could also lead to the formation of wrinkles on your face? People who consume a high amount of red meat and unhealthy snacks have more wrinkles than people who eat healthy foods like lots of fruits and veggies. Opt for healthy foods like salmon, green tea, olive oil, avocados, pomegranates, flax seeds and vegetables.

Cut down on smoking: This one is a no brainer, to be honest. Smoking is rather dangerous for health and it can have serious repercussions on your skin too. Not only does it constrict blood flow to your skin but it also stops the flow of nutrients to your skin.

Keep your skin protected from the sun: The number one factor to cause skin damage is the sun's rays. You need to keep your skin protected from these harmful rays at all times. Make sure that you pick out sunscreen with the right SPF and also cover up as much as you can while you're in the sun.

Keep yourself hydrated: Just like your skin needs moisturising from the outside, it needs moisturising from the inside as well. And the way to do that is by consuming lots of water. The more hydrated you are, the better your skin will look and feel.
