When you're in college, juggling between lectures and assignments can be a big task in itself so forget thinking about skincare. But this is usually the time when you can actually make changes in your skincare routine so that it helps your skin as you grow older. The stress from your hectic schedule might start to show on your skin, which is why you need to ensure that you follow the right skincare routine and tips for healthy skin. Here are some tips that will help you out.

Take off your makeup every night: We're sure you like to go to college all 'ban-than ke' but while it's great that you like your makeup, you also need to take all of it off before you sleep. Your skin needs to be clear and able to breathe throughout the night or else the makeup will clog your skin and will lead to breakouts.

Slather on that sunscreen: Sunscreen is a must girls! You cannot skip out on this. Slather on some sunscreen before you leave the house so that your skin is protected from the sun's harmful rays at all times.

Clean your phone: Your phone probably has a layer of dirt and grime that might not be visible to your eyes, but it's there. So, make sure that you clean your phone regularly so that it doesn't transmit any dirt to your face.

Hydrate as often as you can: We understand that there might be days when you forget to eat your lunch but the least you can do is keep sipping on some water throughout the day. It'll help keep you hydrated and that'll help keep your skin moisturised and glowing. It'll also prevent acne and breakouts from occurring on your skin.

Cleanse-tone-moisturise: Every morning when you wake up, follow this routine. Start by cleansing your skin with a mild cleanser and then apply some toner to your skin. Once the toner dries up, slather on a lightweight moisturiser to help make your skin soft and smooth.

Well, we hope these tips will help you. Stay tuned for more updates.
