Here are a few ways in which you can lose weight with the help of ajwain:

Ajwain water: In order to shed some kilos, you need to consume ajwain seeds in the right way. One of the many easy ways is to directly drink ajwain water. All you have to do is, boil a glass of water and roast some ajwain seeds on tawa. You can then add these seeds to the boiling water and once it changes its colour, you can take the water off the flame, strain and drink it.

Consume it raw: If nothing, you can really just eat some ajwain seeds raw first thing in the morning. You can have these seeds 30 minutes before having breakfast. It will help improving digestion. You need to consume these seeds regularly in order to lose weight.

Ajwain and honey: Honey also helps you lose weight which is why, the combination of these two works the best for weight loss. You can make a drink adding honey and ajwain seed and drink it on a daily basis. All you need is a glass of water, soak a teaspoon of seeds in it and leave it overnight. Strain the water and add a teaspoon of honey to it. This will also help in losing weight quite conveniently.
