You should absolutely eat everything, but there's always a limit. And also, you should stay away from a few food items if your doctor has recommended you to. Also, if you're a junk food lover, grabbing a bite of pizzas, cold drinks, burgers, nachos, sandwiches and chips every day might get a little too harmful for you. But we do understand how you could crave for such foods each time you feel famished. And that's when you should deviate your mind with other food items and ways that can help you reduce the craving of junk food.

- You could drink lots of water throughout the day if you feel you're hungry even after consuming a meal. But if you feel the need to eat something junk then you should drink coffee. Drinking coffee once or twice a day can calm the appetite and you'll feel full and the craving will end soon.

- You can bite on a piece of dark chocolate to get rid of cravings. Dark chocolate also helps in reducing weight as it is a high immunity booster and very low in calories. Hence, the next time you crave for something junk, just dunk on a piece of dark chocolate.

- You can also eat some cottage cheese/paneer and eggs as it contains a lot of proteins. Your hunger will die soon as and when you eat some protein. Since the calorie content of both these food items is low and calcium content is high, it brings the cravings down.

- You could try some meditation. Sometimes, you also feel the urge to eat out of stress. Meditating 15 minutes a day helps to a great extent and helps you stay fit.

- You will also have to train your tummy into taking smaller meals throughout the day which ultimately kills the craving of eating some junk food. Oily junk food can feel heavy on the stomach because of which the regular meal schedule can get haywire. Hence, it is necessary to train your tummy to feel satiated which lighter and frequent meals during the day.
