Exercising regularly is good for the body and mind. It makes us feel strong and helps boost brain health. While it may seem like a chore to workout, you need to change how you think about it. "Exercising shouldn't be a struggle—instead of dreading it, think of it as the nicest gift you can give to yourself," Jill Martin, a lifestyle expert and author of 'The Weekend Makeover', told a news portal. Take yoga or a pilates class if you are struggling to do it on your own. "Bottom line: Don't worry about what workout is trendy right now and simply get back to basics,"Dana Ravich, co-author of 'The Weekend Makeover', told a news portal. "Re-discover sports or activities you used to love but haven't played in a while: Go for a hike, take a bike ride, or play tennis. Just do whatever you enjoy and works for your lifestyle."
