The internet sensation, Dhinchak Pooja is known for her cringy pop songs going viral. After her hits like, ‘Selfie Maine le li aaj’, ‘Daru Daru Daru’, ‘Dilon ka shooter’, Pooja launched the latest to spread awareness about the ongoing spread of the coronavirus. The song’s called ‘Hoga Na corona’.

Released on the 19th of March, the song begins with a disclaimer about the pandemic. It is followed by visuals to spread awareness about the new-found virus. The singer also mentioned precautions that one must take to prevent the spread of the virus. She mentions that the song is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and advises people to see a doctor if anyone exhibits the symptoms.

The song opens up with Pooja along with few people as her crew dancing and singing along. Each of the team members was seen wearing lab coats and face masks while the lyrics throw light upon the dos and the don’ts that every individual must follow to curb the virus infection.

However, the new release started feeding memes on the internet. Twitterati expressed their views on Pooja’s song in their own style, through trolls and memes. Some even suggest that the new release can finally ward off the infection from India. We wish this was true!

Similar to her previous song, the ‘corona song’ too share the same signature style of the singer with repetitive lyrics and falling off tunes. Whether it is an attempt to get back on the trending list or just to spread awareness among the citizens, Dhinchak Pooja seems to not care about social media trolls and hatred anymore.
