There isn't anything as relaxing as getting a manicure and pedicure done. They're both essentially done the same way using the same tools. Let's start with the pedicure. Dip your feet in a tub of lukewarm water that also contains a tsp of Epsom salt, 2-3 drops of body wash and 2-3 drops of any essential oil. Leave them in for 5 minutes and then pull them out, take off any pre-existing nail polish, use a cuticle cutter to get rid of dead skin, file your nails and use some pumice stone on your feet. Then dip your feet back into the water for another five minutes, pull them out, let them air dry, moisturise and put on two coats of your favourite nail paint! Do the same for your manicure.
