Let's admit it, parlor pamper sessions are the best! Be it a simple facial or a hair spa, we love the time we spend there because it makes us feel cleaner, better and fresher. But when it comes to hair removal especially facial hair, we despise going to the parlor every two weeks. And there are times we keep delaying the parlor sessions till the time people around us actually start noticing the overgrown eyebrows or upper lip hair. And then we only feel guilty for not going for the timely parlor session. Why do we do that? Well, one major reason is because we don't have the time, secondly it's way too painful. Since our facial skin is very sensitive, the parlor lady needs to be really careful while pulling off all that hair. But of course, she doesn't and of course, we don't have the guts to tell her anything about how much pain it causes to us.

This is why, it is always a safer option to resort to natural ways of facial hair removal which you can opt for at your own place and time. There are a few easy homemade wax ideas that you could put to use in order to do it yourself at your own convenience. Not to mention, they're also quite good for the skin.

Sugar-lemon wax: Take two teaspoons of sugar and lemon juice and ten teaspoons of water and heat the mixture well. Once it cools down, apply it to the area you'd want to wax in the direction of the hair growth. Let it alone for 20 minutes and wash it off with cool water while rubbing in circles once it's dried. You can do this thrice a week and see the results. This sugar-lemon wax acts as an excellent hair remover as sugar sticks to the hair and removes it too well, the wax is not that hot and the lemon brightens the tone of the skin.

Cornstarch and egg white wax: Separate the egg white from an egg and mix it well with just one teaspoon of cornstarch and one tablespoon of sugar. You must keep whisking the mixture till it forms into a smooth paste. Once it's ready, apply it on the areas you'd want to be hair-free and let it dry for about 20-25 minutes. Once the mixture dries, peel it off and you'll see your facial hair is easily gotten off. Twice a week will show really good results and it also works much better than the parlor waxing.
