Easy home remedies to get rid of eyebrow and eyelash dandruff

Oh, we've all had our struggles with dandruff and how! It's nothing less than a task to get rid of the dandruff on our scalp as it's too stubborn to get off. We even know that if the dandruff isn't dealt with, it can very much harm your scalp in the longer run. Although, that's not only where you'll find dandruff. There are skin conditions that can in fact cause dandruff on your eyebrows and eyelashes as well. Weird, right? And this dandruff can get really frustrating and irritating. It is always advised to get it checked with your dermatologist before you try out any home remedy if you suffer from dandruff on your eyebrows or eyelashes. Also, you don't have to really worry about it, as this isn't a serious health condition.

Aloe Vera Gel: We all know how aloe vera works magically for problems more than one. And it can very much work really well for your hair as well as skin. Aloe vera helps in soothing down the skin and in turn reduces the irritation. You can use some aloe vera gel on your eyelashes and eyebrows and wash it off with lukewarm water after leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Lemon Juice: Another great home remedy is to use citric acid that can also work great for your lashes as well as brows growth. Lemon juice has antifungal and antimicrobial properties. All you need to do is squeeze a lemon and dilute it with water before applying it to your lashes and brows. Make sure none of it enters your eyes. Let it stay for another 5 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.

Almond oil: Since dandruff dries up your skin, it is very important to hydrate your skin and almond oil works really well as it has antibacterial properties and helps in cleansing the skin as well. You need to heat the almond oil a little bit but make sure it isn't way too hot as you're going to be applying it on your lashes and brows. Use an earbud to massage the oil on both the places or you can even use your fingers if that's more comfortable.

Tea Tree Oil: This oil contains antifungal and antibacterial properties that helps you in getting rid of the dandruff. You need to mildly heat the tea tree oil and then apply it on your lashes as well as brows, let it sit for 5 minutes before you wash it off.
