If you're heading out for a night of binge drinking, you might want to give this a good read first. A recent study conducted found that about 76 percent of adults experience some type of hangover after a drinking session. The symptoms of a hangover include fatigue, dehydration, a headache or muscle aches, dizziness, shakiness and rapid heartbeat. Many years of research have finally led scientists to believe that the immune system and an inflammation response are both important factors when it comes to understanding a hangover.

When the blood alcohol concentration finally gets to zero and alcohol is finally completely absent from the body, the hangover symptoms seem to be the worst. Here's what you can do to prevent them.

The best thing to do, of course, is to not drink at all or at least drink in moderation and to know the risks associated with excessive drinking. Also, drinking a darker drink like bourbon and whiskey might result in a hangover so if you can, try and drink light drinks like beer. Another way to prevent a nasty hangover is to never drink on an empty stomach. Also, try to eat the right foods like eggs, meat, fish and citrus fruits before you head out to drink. A few vegetarian options are nuts, seeds, soybean and asparagus. Well, we hope these tips will help you. Stay tuned for more updates.
