The extending lockdown has given us the time off of our lives. Didn't we always wish for a long break between our hectic schedule? Surely, this global crisis is not the kind of break anyone could ever imagine. It has forced people to stay locked inside their houses, willingly and unwillingly. This house arrest situation has led to several outcomes and feeling fatigue is one of them. Are you feeling too bored up or may be exhausted despite doing nothing at home? Chances are you're experiencing fatigue or laziness due to the quarantine. And, 'Kaizen' can be the perfect solution for you.

Kaizen is a Japanese trick to overcome fatigue. This effective technique requires only a minute to improve your concentration to get rid of procrastination. It helps to stay enthusiastic and builds interest in a given activity. Kaizen can also boost your productivity level.

If you're someone who took up a new hobby or activity during this lockdown, but within a few days you started feeling demotivated, then you must give kaizen a try to finish what you started.

Practicing kaizen starts with setting realistic and small goals to encourage yourself. For instance, if cooking is your goal, then begin by trying your hands-on basic recipes every day at the same time. It doesn't have to be a full-course meal, instead try dishes that requires a minimum time preparation. May be a salad, or smoothie or just a one-minute instant coffee. Similarly, if reading is in your list then begin by reading one page a day at the same time schedule no matter how lazy you might feel. This is will help to get used to a new activity and learn time management. We recommend you to gradually extend the timing of the activity whenever you're comfortable to get rid if fatigue for good.
