Getting married is no easy task. And we aren't just talking about the wedding but also all the responsibilities that accompany it. Once you get married, things change and how. From dealing with your in-laws to adjusting with your partner and having to smile through all the rituals with all your relatives present can get quite tiring. Which is why most people start to overthink about their decision to get married.

This is known as feeling pre-wedding jitters and honestly, it's pretty natural for people to feel this way. After all, you've been living your life a certain way until now and having to change all of that can get scary. Even psychologists and relationship experts feel that getting pre-wedding jitters is pretty normal but they also believe that dealing with them is just as important so that you don't feel this way for long. So, if you're wondering what you can do to make those pre-wedding jitters go away, here are some tips that might help.

- First and foremost, you need to discover the signs. “ People will be extremely happy, and then the next minute will be extremely sad. This happens because at the back of their mind, they are bothered about what will happen in their lives post marriage. They will get extremely irritable and very moody,” says an expert.

- Other signs could also include trying to escape from the situation by doing things like cheating on their partner or looking for a job far away. Some people also start ignoring their partners. They stop taking their phone calls, messages or even talking to them and end up giving some lame excuses for the same.

- What you need to do is to communicate with your partner. Talk about all the things that are worrying you and try to figure out a solution to them together.

- Try to stay busy until the wedding and with things that don't revolve around the wedding. Join a club, pick up some hobby, play a sport, just do anything that keeps you distracted.

- Sip on some black coffee because it helps release hormones that make you feel happy. And if you're happy you won't feel so worried unnecessarily.

- Ensure you're thinking of everything that can go right instead of everything that can go wrong. Eat right, sleep right and think right. If you follow the right lifestyle, things should work perfectly for you.
