Diet here and diet there, no matter where you look there's a diet everywhere. Well, that's what the world has come to, hasn't it? Every day we hear about a new fad diet that is taking over the world by storm. From the keto diet to the paleo diet, raw diet, liquid diet and whatnot, a bunch of fad diets have been making the rounds for quite some time now. And the latest fad diet to join this trend is the F-factor diet.

Created by dietitian Tanya Zuckerbrot, this diet is distinctly different from the others because it allows you to eat out, drink occasionally, eat carbs and even spend less time exercising. Its main focus is on consuming foods high in fibre, lean protein, and complex carbs. One needs to increase their consumption of fruits, vegetables, pulses, and whole grains to follow this diet.

The diet is supposed to work in three phases. The first phase helps jumpstart the process of weight loss for which you have to eat less than 35 grams of net carbs a day over three servings of carbs. For the next phase, you have to eat less than 75 grams of net carbs a day over six servings of carbs. And in the last phase, you have to maintain the weight you lost so you need to consume less than 125 grams of net carbs a day over nine servings of carbs.

Many people claim this diet works wonders for them because fibres are great for your digestive system and can help keep a person feeling full for long. So, try it out for yourself and see how well it works. Stay tuned for more updates.
