The Covid-19 cases in India are rapidly increasing despite putting in so many efforts to curb the spread of the virus. In such times, it's rather easy for just about anyone to end up catching the virus and this also includes your neighbours. If by chance, something of this sort has happened then you need to be aware of certain dos and don'ts that you can follow during this time of crisis. Here's what they are. Take a look.

-Do make sure to constantly wear a mask whenever you step outside so that you reduce the risk of catching the virus yourself. You must also carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer wherever you go so that you can sanitise your hands after touching multiple surfaces.

-Ask for proper sanitisation of the area and/or the building so that it can reduce the risk of the virus getting transmitted to other people. During this time try not to come into contact with your neighbours so as to avoid increasing your chances of catching the virus.

-Don't gossip about your neighbours or isolate them completely. This is a time when you should be helping them out instead of spreading discrimination against them. You can do your bit by helping them out with groceries and medications so that they don't have to step out themselves to buy these things. You can also connect with them virtually instead of talking face to face so that it minimises exposure risk for you too.

-Don't panic unnecessarily. By this time you're already aware of what precautions need to be taken so do that. And if by any chance you feel as if you too have been exposed to the virus, consult with a doctor and then isolate yourself while taking the appropriate precautions and medications.

Stay tuned for more updates.
