Carry an umbrella at all times: This honestly doesn't need to be said but to those who think that the rain gods may not appear suddenly, it's time you start thinking otherwise. Always keep an umbrella handy because it can rain at any time and you don't want to get all wet do you?
02/5Carry Snacks
Again this is something that doesn't need to be said. Do carry snacks like crackers or biscuits with you in case you get stranded somewhere like in a traffic jam. Food will help calm you down and give you the energy to deal with all the chaos around you.
03/5Leave Your House With A Buffer Of 45 Minutes
It's impossible to predict the weather. A quick drizzle may suddenly turn into a downpour and leave you stranded somewhere. So make sure that you leave your house at least 45 minutes earlier than you normally do because it would certainly be better to reach early than get late and stranded while on your way to work.
04/5Wear Appropriate Shoes
It's time to bid goodbye to all those classy pairs of shoes. You need to wear more season appropriate shoes that give your feet a good grip and won't make you slide. It's very easy to slip and hurt yourself this season so be extra careful about such things. Opt for rubber shoes that'll dry off easily so that you don't catch a cold later on.
05/5Take Care Of Your Tech
You need to be extra, extra careful with your tech this season. You don't want your phone falling in a puddle, do you? So carry your phone in a ziplock bag and if you have a laptop, make sure you wrap it up in a silicon sleeve before you leave. Prevention is better than cure after all!
