Almost all of us have made it to the 'Gram by this point. We all have Instagram profiles and let's just admit it, we're all doing our best to look interesting. But things change so fast online; one minute Instagram was all about sharing pictures and the next it's about opting for the next trend. And we've got to keep up with all that, don't we? So, if you're looking for ways in which you can amp up your Insta profile, give this a good read.

- Light matters: Unless you're aiming for a dim picture your main focus should be on lighting. It can help amp up any picture you opt for whether it's yours or that of an object. Natural lighting works great but you could also experiment with artificial ones.

- Don't be in every frame: All your pictures shouldn't be just about you. Why not share your interests? You could click a picture of the perfect cup of coffee or that mesmerising book you read. You don't have to be in each and every frame to look interesting.

- It's okay to not be perfect: You don't have to keep clicking shots after shots of a particular thing just because you don't like the image. Why not just put up something imperfect? It makes you look more human.
