Many lifestyle diseases occur because of how we live. These include problems like Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and what not. Such problems are becoming increasingly prevalent in people and more so in women. Women’s adrenal stress can affect insulin levels and insulin resistance. This can lead to Type 2 diabetes.



However, all may not be lost yet. Studies have also shown that these conditions can be prevented through the necessary lifestyle changes. You could start by introducing 30 minutes of light exercise into your daily routine and eating a healthy diet that includes fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts. Apart from this, certain mental factors also need to be taken into consideration, like stress. Reducing the amount of stress can also go a long way for people.
