So, don't be afraid of gobbling up some peanut butter every once in a while.

Olive oil -One tablespoon of olive oil contains about 120 calories and 14 grams of fat. But it also contains omega-6, omega-3, vitamin E, and vitamin K as well as monosaturated fats which are all miracle workers when it comes to your health.

Avocado - About 100 grams of avocado contains 160 calories. But then again, avocados are also rich in fibres and Monounsaturated Fatty Acids; can help lower cholesterol levels, contain more potassium than bananas and are just incredibly nutritious. So, don't shy away from that bowl of guacamole.

Quinoa - Touted as healthy food (which it is), 1 cup of quinoa contains nearly 222 calories. However, the plus side here is that it is also rich in protein, fibre, iron, copper, thiamin and vitamin B6. This is why so many people prefer quinoa over rice and to be honest it tastes really good too!
