Almonds are a powerhouse of antioxidants and vitamin E. Meanwhile, avocado is loaded with vitamins B, C, E, and K. All these nutrients can help heal skin and make it smooth and soft. To make this body scrub, combine olive oil with avocado and blend it in a food processor. Next, add finely chopped almonds to the mix, along with two tablespoons of witch hazel. This scrub works well if you have oily skin.
