While Diwali may be the festival of lights, it also happens to be an excuse to eat sugary Diwali treats and fat-laden food. While the fatty food might be a good idea during the festivals, it also causes a through an imbalance of nutrients in our system. Hence, it is a great idea to eliminate the toxins out of the system as soon as possible. Detoxing is a method of bringing your body back to its formal glory.
