If you catch on these common symptoms you might be vitamin deficient

There are a few health related issues which might seem common but might be an indication towards something serious. And we being the busy humans, we tend to ignore a lot of them. Eventually, all of it only ends up worsening and you will only add on to bad health through the years. Hence, it is very important to catch on some signs and symptoms and then consult a doctor just to find out if you're doing good health wise or not.

A vitamin deficiency can lead to many more health conditions and so it is very critical to pick on some common symptoms for the same so that you can start taking vitamin tablets or tweak your diet a little in order to bring back your vitamin levels back to normal. Here are a few symptoms to look out for:

- Brittle nails and hair: If your body is weak in vitamins, you might experience brittle hair and nails. You might be suffering from a deficiency of vitamin B7 and it could also include cramps, fatigue and tingling sensation in your hands and feet. In order to fix this, you must include nuts, egg yolks, meat, fish, broccoli, sweet potatoes, bananas and whole grains in your diet.

- Mouth ulcers: People who often get mouth ulcers might have a deficiency of vitamin B1, B2 and B6. And in order to get rid of it, you should eat legumes, greens, nuts, meat, fish, grains and dairy.

- Hair loss: This is one very common condition which might happen to a lot of people. But one reason of it happening is a deficiency of vitamin B7. This means you should be eating foods that are rich in nutrients.

- Dandruff: Another condition that might seem too common but might lead to a deficiency of vitamin B3, B2 and B6. For this, you should be including starchy veggies, nuts, greens, egg, meat and fish to your diet. You might also have zinc deficiency which means you must eat nuts, dairy, legumes and meat in your daily diet.

- Fatigue: If you have been feeling for the longest time, you might be deficient of vitamin D. And to do away with this deficiency, you should eat yogurt, mushrooms and drink milk. You can also soak in some early morning sunlight to get some vitamin D from the sun.
