There are many people who complain about sleep issues and how exhausting it gets for them the next day. Sometimes, we might take it too lightly, but what's really important to understand that you might just be suffering from a sleep disorder without even realising. And this is why it is very crucial to know what are these disorders and work on your sleep quality in order to get rid of the disorder. Tackle the problem and wake up relaxed the next day rather than feeling tired and distracted which will only make your performance weaker by the day. Sleeping disroders are weird and always ignored if you're not well informed about them, this could lead in other health issues. Hence, here are a few disorders you need to know of:

- Periodic Limb Movement Disorder: Any person who suffers from PLMD finds it difficult to fall asleep in the night ans also can't control their limbs. This means the person tends to move their limbs way too much while they're sleeping. They keep twisting and turning which makes it difficult for them to sleep. This usually happens in the first half of sleep cycle.

- Exploding Head Syndrome: This one often isn't detected all too well. People suffering from EHS tend to listen to loud noises when they're almost falling asleep or waking up. This causes hallucinations in their mind. If you frequently feel like you're falling down whole you're asleep, you should go visit a doctor.

- Night Terrors: This is where the disorder causes a feeling of fear, terror or dread while the person's sleeping. This is why the person might wake up screaming and sweating. It usually is like a panic attack which could also be called a form of parasomnia. The person feels intense panic and fear that makes them scream and also move or lash out in terror.

- Sleep Paralysis: This one is the worst of all sleep disorders. Sleep paralysis is also called as lucid dreaming. When the person is waking up or falling asleep, he's aware of the surrounding but paralyzed temporarily. During this phase, the person might hallucinate but finds it difficult to move or speak. This can make the person feel intense feeling of panic or fear. This disorder is usually associated with paranormal creatures.
