If you're dying to see the Republic Day parade, here's where you can get the tickets

India celebrates its Republic Day on the 26th of January every year, which marks the day the Indian Constitution came into force. Every year the entire nation participates in various events and functions held to celebrate India as a Republic Nation. And like every year, Delhi will witness the parade that takes place at India Gate. Hundreds of people gather every year to witness the parades held by the Indian Army, the Airforce and the Navy. Ten heads of Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN leaders will be present at the 69th Republic Day celebrations.

If you're wondering where to buy the tickets from, we've got all the information for you. Sale of tickets for Republic Day 2018 began from January 13 and will continue until January 25. These Departmental Sale counters located in North Block roundabout in Delhi will have the tickets:

Pragati Maidan (Gate No. 1, Bhairon Road)


Jantar Mantar (Main Gate)


Shastri Bhawan (near Gate No. 3)


India Gate (near Jamnagar House)


Red Fort (near police picket) - The counter is open from 10 a.m. until 5.30 p.m. daily.
