Lack of sleep could be the cause for sexual dysfunctions plaguing men today

The issue of sexual dysfunctions among men comes as no major surprise these days. And while lifestyle changes and age plays a role here, stress and anxiety do too. Another major contributing factor to this happens to be the lack of sleep responsible for conditions like erectile dysfunction.

While many men may not be paying attention to getting an adequate amount of sleep, it tends to have severe consequences! Poor sleep has been found to cause lower testosterone levels which are crucial for fertility, sexual function and mental health.

Men with fertility issues will benefit from a simple change in lifestyle and that happens to be getting an adequate amount of sleep. According to several studies, sleep has been found to be more influential than factors such as age and alcohol when it came to testosterone levels.
