While refined carbs consumed in excessive amounts can be damaging to your health, this notion is not true for all carbs. You need to be careful about how much of refined carbs you eat regularly. Something like bake potatoes can provide your body with a lot of fibre and keep you feeling full for longer. However, if you consumed potato chips or fries cooked in a lot of oil, it could wreak havoc on your health. Make sure to consume foods that are not heavily processed.
