We all lose a few strands of hair daily and sometimes we can lose up to a hundred strands of hair on a daily basis. But there's no need to worry, that's the normal amount. However, if you're noticing that you've been losing a little too much hair at a rather rapid rate then it's probable that you're suffering from hair fall problems. And let's be honest, hair fall can be a nasty problem to deal with. If you're looking for a way to try and minimise the damage, here are some natural remedies that are bound to reduce your hair fall. Take a look.

Coconut oil and curry leaves - While coconut oil acts as an excellent moisturising agent, curry leaves contain amino acids and proteins that help strengthen your hair. You'll need ½ cup coconut oil and a handful of curry leaves. Crush the curry leaves and add the coconut oil to them. Boil this concoction for a few minutes and then strain the mixture. Let the oil cool down, apply it to your hair and scalp and massage well. Let it sit for about an hour before rinsing it off.

Coconut oil and amla - Amla is packed with Vitamin C that can help give your hair the boost it needs. All you need is one cup of coconut oil and 3-4 amla. Cut the amla into pieces and mix it with the coconut oil. Boil this concoction until it starts to turn brown and then strain it. Let it cool down and then apply it to your hair and scalp. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off.

Almond oil and neem leaves - Almond oil can help boost hair growth while neem leaves contain antibacterial properties that can work wonders in keeping infections and scalp issues at bay. You'll need half a cup of almond oil and a handful of neem leaves. Crush the neem leaves and add them to the oil. Boil this concoction and then leave this mixture aside for a week so that it gets infused properly. After a week, strain the oil and massage your hair and scalp with it. Leave the oil on for about half an hour before rinsing it off.
