Since we're all asked to maintain social distance and keep ourselves isolated to fight the pandemic, all of us are at home, either spending time with our families or alone dealing with the day to day routine. Both ways, it can get difficult for a person to cope up with this sudden change that has been brought to us. This can work positively as well as negatively on a person based on how the situation and circumstances can get over the period of time. This is why, it is very necessary to notice the behavioural changes that you might face during this pandemic.

- Out of comfort zone: Every person has come out of their comfort zone during this time. A person who is very much used to his routine is now bound to change in routine. A person who loves stepping out every single day now has to spend all the time at home. Married or unmarried, all of you have been facing some or the other new thing while dealing with things at home. During this time, a person can get a little frustrated and can lose the temper as well. This is why, it is important to understand that everyone deals with changes and it is only in our hands to accept this change and spend some quality time while we can.

- Re-invent yourself: Since you have all this time at home, make the most of it. Do things you always wished to do but couldn't due to lack of time. Learn something new. Each day, practice a new skin. Maybe make a new routine for yourself altogether. As much as you re-invent ourselves, you will grow. This way you will also get to know yourself better. What are your shortcomings and what are your strengths. This time will also allow you to explore a different side of you which you hadn't yet.

- Give yourself personal space: Since we all are spending more time with the family at home, it is also very crucial to give yourself some personal space. Spending all the time with others will only create aggression and lead to a mental breakdown sooner or later. Hence, allow some private time to revive your emotional factors too.
