Nutritionist, Divya Ranglani gives tips as to how working women should snack whilst at work!

As working women, we do tend to be a little lenient with our diets. A few coffees come with that much amount of sugar and a few 'snacks' come with those calories too, right? Well, no more will all you working women have the 'desk job' excuse to wiggle your way out of staying fit and healthy. Nutritionist, Divya Ranglani has just opened up about what exactly all you working women could 'snack' on to avoid putting on those extra kilos.

Like many of you'll might have already heard, healthy snacks do exist and Divya gives us an insight into what you'll could opt for to stay fit but be full and content whilst at work at the same time.
