Vapes are slowly replacing cigarettes and are turning into the new 'cool' thing for people to do. However, this trend has taken a turn for the worse as now it turns out children are opting for vapes as well. Health experts have revealed that people whose children vape, often have no idea that their kids are opting for the dreadful thing. Moreover, they have no idea what to do and where to turn to for help.

A lady in the US was mortified when she found out her 12-year-old had tried vaping at school. And then she realised that the problem was a lot worse than she imagined when she found out that dancers at her dance studio had also tried vaping and were seemingly addicted to it. In fact, it was even found that many children used a vape at school and even went so far as to charge their vapes from their teachers' computers. Their parents, of course, were oblivious about the same.

Researchers are now worried that vapes might cause nicotine addiction in children and might affect the way their brains develop. They suggested that parents should make themselves familiar with signs that could show that their children are vaping. Some signs could be that there's a faint, sweet scent coming from them, they could show a change in mood, take frequent breaks to puff and sharing vape-related posts on social media.

Some other symptoms could also be anxiety, distractibility, headaches, stomach aches and even nosebleeds. Apart from this, they suggested that parents themselves should refrain from smoking or using vapes in front of their children. Also, it is important to talk to their children to understand why the kids chose to vape in the first place. Well, we hope these tips help all you parents out. Stay tuned for more updates.
