Mental health always plays a very important role when it comes to being productive and we can't stress enough on it. We spend so much time working through the day that mental health and work become interconnected. Now, it's one thing to have a bad day at work but it's another to feel all things negative at work every single day.

Feeling stuck in a job that doesn't make you happy can really take a toll on your mental health. It can start to make you feel miserable and you can go from smiling to frowning at work in no time.

Chances are, your job is causing you depression and here are a few signs that you should pick on:

- You've always planned the day at work and you have so much of work to do that you don't take regular breaks. Small breaks are always needed throughout the working hours for your mind to stay productive.

- You feel exhausted every now and then or have a tough time getting up in the morning which is fine. But if this feeling is constant every single morning, you have a problem. If you start feeling exhausted just by thinking of heading to work, it could be a big sign of work depression.

- You don't spend much time with your colleagues or feel too tired to even have a conversation with them, this could also be a sign that your work is taking a toll on your mind and pushing you to the edge.
