The creme de la creme of the society, including sportsperson, businessmen, entrepreneurs, fashion designers, pageant winners and showbiz, came together to celebrate the Nexa P1 Powerboat sporting event. The Indian Grand Prix of the Seas, it is promoted by sports management company Procam International. The gala evening, held at Trident, Nariman Point, was hosted to celebrate a great racing weekend.
Post a hot day in the sun, showcasing their racing capabilities, the pilots, navigators, sponsors and the ambassadors of the six teams - Baleno RS Booster Jets, Lloyd Dolphins, HVR Racing, Ultra Sharks, MoneyonMobile Marlins and Mirchi Mavericks - were seen indulging in friendly banter. They were seen sporting the latest Nautica 2017 Spring Collection and made a style statement.
Popular musician duo Meet Bros, who has also composed the anthem for the sporting event, set the tone for the evening with their impromptu performance. The gorgeous ambassadors - Noyonita Lodh (Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva 2014- Miss Universe India), Aafreen Rachel Vaz (Miss Supranational Asia & Oceania 2015), Asha Bhat (Miss Supranational 2014), Natasha Assadi (Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva 2015 1 st runner-up), Sushri Shreya Mishra (Miss United Continents 2015 3rd runner-up) and Zoya Afroz (Miss India 2013 2nd runner-up) - lit up the evening with their charm and smile. Also joining them were Vartika Singh (Miss Grand International 2015 2nd runner-up), Purva Rana (V ice Queen United Continent 2013), Dalip Tahil, Ken Ghosh and Narendra Kumar. Hosted by Anil & Vivek Singh, the event proved to be a perfect excuse for the racers to let their hair down.
