Sweet potatoes is always a good option to pick for snacks as they are readily available in stores and vegetable markets. You can even store them for two whole weeks without a worry. To make them, all you have to do is - slice them into wedges, add some olive oil, salt and pepper and stick them int the oven at 425 degree Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. You'll never want any other junk snacks no more.
