Normally, everyone drinks enough water for the day. Out of habit or out of thirst, water is an essential part of living. But there are people who just can't get themselves to drink enough water throughout the day. This could be because they're very forgetful for even remembering that they need to sip on some water or simply that they don't feel the thirst that often. Either ways, drinking little water isn't any way going to be good for your body. In fact, there are very many side effects related to the same. Some of which might really alarm you.
