But, we need to focus as much on the neck and take care of it equally.

The first signs of ageing takes place on your neck, hands as well as under eyes. And so, neglecting any of these areas of your body only means that you're letting it damage with all the pollution and humidity in the atmosphere. Hence, we're here to give you some easy ways in which you can care for your neck and rather keep it smooth and soft.

Exfoliate: Whenever it comes to exfoliation, you don't only have to exfoliate your face but also your neck. It's imperative to unclog the pores on your neck and that's when exfoliation helps the most. Make sure you stick to a mild exfoliator and also that you're massaging in an upward direction. You can do this twice a week and it'll leave your neck feeling soft and smooth.

Use a sunscreen: It is as much important to use a sunscreen on your neck as it is for your face and hands. Your can also get wrinkles and acne and so you must apply sunscreen before you step out of the house no matter what the season.

Massage it with oil: You make it a point to massage your face once in a while and you can do the same for your neck with any kind of oil that you like. Take some olive oil or almond oil and massage your neck in an upward direction. All you need is 10 minutes and it will hydrate your skin and make it softer with every other massage.

Use ice: Ice can also be very useful for your neck as it can reduce pore size and heals the inflamed areas as well. You can wrap the ice cube in a cloth and rub it on your neck.

Include vitamin E in your diet: Consuming foods that are rich in vitamin E can be very useful for your face as well as neck skin. It heals and reduces the appearance of blemishes, scars and sunspots. Also, if you're considering to use vitamin E supplements, you must consult a dermatologist for the same.
