This global pandemic issue has really gotten to everybody since the entire nation has been declared to be in a lockdown which mean, you can only be indoors for maximum time for the next three weeks. While this might work well with a few people, it might not for couples who tend to get in a fight every now and then which can make tolerating each other in the house more difficult than ever. This is when you should give yourself some time to understand a few things and learn to avoid fighting with your partner during the coronavirus lockdown.

First and foremost, give each other some space. You need to understand that while you're a couple, you're first your individual self. Being in the same house doesn't necessarily mean you have to be together at all times or do things together too. You can indulge in things that you like and so can your partner. Doing different things individually while enjoying the presence of your partner in the comfort of your home is also quite a quality time to spend.

If at all you argue over something, understand the issue rather than playing the blame game. Since both of you have been spending all the time at home, you might be irritated and annoyed feeling helpless with this situation. But what you need to understand is that even your partner is as irritated and helpless. So when you know you both are dealing with disagreements, understand the root of the problem and calmly sort it out.

Plan date nights while you can with all the things you can do at home. Since when did being romantic go out of style? You need to keep the spark alive and if you're getting all this time with your partner at home, might as well make the most of it and plan a date night with a special meal and Netflix.

Do what both of you love doing together. When you guys got into this relationship, both of you spent time doing things that you guys enjoyed. And over the time, you stopped doing those things. Bring back those days and make it work. This might just be the best time to bond with each other all over again and also avoid arguments.

Self-quarantine time with your partner in the same house is not all that bad after all.
