Oversleeping is associated with many health problems. A study done in 2015 showed that there is a link between sleeping a lot and type 2 diabetes in women. However, no light has been thrown about the cause or effect. According to the neurologist, Carl Bazill, if you’ve started sleeping longer spontaneously, it could be a reason for concern. So notice if you’re been requiring more sleep with an absence of a cause or change in medicine. If yes, it’s a good reason to visit a doctor.
