Smoking can anyway not do any good to your health or your body. And if that wasn't reason enough for you to stop smoking, you must read about the kind of things that smoking can do to your skin. Maybe if you care a little too much about your skin, you'll instantly give up on smoking. And for the nth time, smoking kills!

- Your eye creams or home remedies won't fix your under eye bags if smoking is what caused them. Nicotine can disturb your body's natural sync which makes them more agitated. This leads to hampering your sleep cycle and makes you restless. Your skin repairs itself when you sleep and so a bad sleep cycle will only give you more visible under eye bags.

- Cigarette smoking contributes to your skin tone looking uneven. Can you believe that? The carbon monoxide in the smoke displaces the oxygen in your sin which ultimately makes you look dull. Nicotine is also held responsible for depleting minerals that are responsible for repairing your skin and hair.

- The nicotine can very much narrow your blood vessels which can cut oxygen-rich blood flow to reach any of the tiny vessels in your skin. This in turn leads to acne scars on the face. Not just that, the prominent stretch marks on your body will take longer to heal, if at all.

- Smoking can give you wrinkles and premature ageing. This is because smoking can hamper the supply of oxygen to your skin tissues which takes away its supple and youthful look.

There are probably more harmful things that smoking can do to your skin and health in general. But these should be enough for you to quit smoking.
