Are you obsessed about looking good? Do you feel like you have to hit the gym no matter what? Well, here's why you should take a breather and relax for a bit. A new study has found that young men who are preoccupied with building muscles are at a significantly higher risk of developing depression and are more prone to binge drinking. The Norwegian University of Science conducted a study which found that such people also have a higher risk of getting involved in illegal drugs and using steroids to achieve results faster.

According to the study, about 10% of men have a common type of body image disorder. They think that they are too fat and that they need to reduce their weight. The study also found that more than one in three young men have been on a diet in the last year alone. This just proves that men struggle with body image almost as much as women do and it was just unknown until now the extent to which they struggled with it.

In fact, the study also found that highly educated individuals were the least satisfied with the way their bodies looked. Well, it's time to take a step back and relax we say. Stay tuned for more updates.
