Sushmita Sen seems to have made fitness her ultimate priority and she credits her fitness to this technique!

There is no denying that Sushmita Sen has always been on the leaner and slimmer side. Her long and toned legs we have always envied and her stunning features just add to all the awesomeness of it all. And while fitness has always on the actress' radar, she seems to have now taken to it with a vengeance! She has actively been posting what her workout regime looks like and we've been in awe of her stunning transformation from lean to insanely fit!

The former Miss Universe has gone on record to say that after an accident on set, she was in the worst shape she’d been in all her life. A slip disc incurred while shooting for a film in 2006 left Sushmita Sen unfit to perform even the most mundane gym exercises. Sen credits her full recovery to Aerial Silk (AS) yoga. "Restricted from working out and doing a lot else, I ended up with tonnes of weight," she had said earlier. Sushmita hasn't been the only one practising Aerial silk yoga. She has even been encouraging her daughters to try it out too! AS makes use of your own body weight to help keep you suspended in the air from silk cloth while performing poses using the cloth. The results from the workout have been brilliant. She seems to have a newfound strength and from being our ultimate beauty Queen, she's now become quite our new fitness guru too!
