The basic thing that we need to follow without fail, is to moisturize our while bod, including our back. This will help in reducing the chance of developing any kind of dryness or oiliness. Excess of anything is bad and so, having both of these extreme skin types are harmful to our body and can cause common skin conditions like acne.

When it comes to your back, here's why it is so crucial to conceal it with a good moisturizer.

- To prevent sun damage: Backless outfits tend to be a lot of women's favourite, especially during these hot months of the year. But when it comes to the inside of your home, the skin gets exposed to the harmful sun rays. While we do protect our face, the back remains exposed. Hence, it is important to slather moisturizer with a good amount of SPF on the back.

- To protect it from skin issues: If you think on your face gets acne and pimple, you're wrong. There are so many girls who face acne and pimple problems on their backs too. Most of us exfoliate the back to keep it germ-free. But we forget to care for the skin on the back. Constantly washing the skin with soap can make it dry and patchy. Over time, the skin will end up having blemishes and marks. In order to avoid any of these, you need to nourish your skin on the back by regularly moisturizing it.

- For blood circulation: Just like any other part of our body, the back too needs proper blood circulation. When you get a proper massage, it boosts blood circulation. The massaging effect that is used to apply lotion acts like a motion in order to stimulate blood circulation and develop new cells.

It is very important to care for your skin on the back. People usually ignore this area and end up suffering from major skin issues. In case of boils or major skin burns, you need to contact a dermatologist and avoid using any skin products on your own.
