The magical concoction of dhaniya water can save you from joint pain

Many of us suffer from joint pain at some point or the other. Bone issues in old age is inevitable. You cannot really surpass it but you can surely make some changes in your daily routine from your younger years in order to delay the onset of joint pain. You need to make this one change where you start introducing coriander seeds water on an empty stomach on a daily basis. Coriander aka dhaniya are loaded with compound that can help you treat joint inflammation, swelling as well as pain.

According to a study, coriander helps in reducing joint swelling. Talking about the same, Dr. YK Gupta, head of the department of pharmacology at AIIMS said, "Coriander produces a significant reduction in joint swelling and stops the release of those bio-chemicals from the body that lead to this swelling."

You only need 5 grams of coriander seeds crush them and add them to almost 2 glasses of water. Leave it aside for about 6-7 hours overnight and you'll get a perfect concoction the next morning to sip on.
