These Monsoon face packs will work wonders for oily skin

Anyone who has oily skin knows just how much of a struggle it is to keep up with its constantly changing demands. And the one season that can prove to be a nightmare for oily skin types is the Monsoon season. The constant humidity, excessive sweating, dirt, grime and whatnot can all take a toll on your skin and lead to other skin issues like acne and breakouts. So, what should you do if you want to keep your skin clean and clear during the Monsoon season? Opt for face packs of course!

Gram flour, lemon juice and rose water pack - For this one, you'll need 1 tbsp gram flour, 1 tsp rose water and 4- drops of lemon juice. In a bowl, add all of these ingredients and then mix them well to form a thick and consistent paste. Once done, apply the paste to your face and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water. Try this pack out 2-3 times a week and you'll see significant changes in your skin.

Oatmeal, honey and egg pack - You'll need 3 tbsp ground oatmeal, 1 egg white, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp curd. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and give them a good stir. You'll end up with a scrub-like paste that you'll need to apply to your face in an even layer. Leave the pack on your face for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off thoroughly. You can use this pack 1-2 times a week.

Rose water and multani mitti pack - For this simple yet effective face pack you'll need 1 tbsp Multani mitti 1 and 1 tbsp rose water. Mix these two together to make a consistent paste. Wash your face with a mild cleanser before using this pack. And then apply the paste all over your face. Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes or until it dries. Wash it off with some cold water later on. You can use this pack twice a week on your face.
